This website is operated by Coastal Distribution. By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Upon placing an order with Coastal Distribution you agree that you are at least 18 years of age. This website is solely intended for consenting adults.

Delivery

UK

We aim to deliver the same working day on all orders processed before 2pm. We send all Orders next day with DPD or Royal Mail. Tracking information is available upon request. Time scales for Ireland and Europe may differ.

Returns

We hope you are delighted with your purchase, if for any reason you have a problem with your order, you can contact our team at enquiries@ashley-trading.co.uk who will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you change your mind and need to return something, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.  We can accept returns that are unopened, within 14 days of receipt.  (Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.)

We cannot offer a money back guarantee or a refund for used products.

By accepting the terms of purchase, you agree to and understand the refund policy. Coastal Distribution will only accept returns and refunds from purchases directly from the website www.coastaldistribution.co.uk. We do not accept returns from purchases made from other outlets/stockists.
